I preferred paying a service fee to have a professional buying service such as Bob Peralta Auto Brokers work for me versus using Car Smart, Autobytel, and Car Point. You did a superlative job of being customer friendly and very responsive to emails and questions.

While everything could conceivably be handled strictly by the internet, I felt your requirement that we talk on occasion was excellent and put some semblance of personal touch into the transaction. I would certainly recommend your service to others looking for a new vehicle as an extremely pleasant alternative to “duking it out” on the car lot. In addition, I feel I did better than I could have done on my own without the mental anguish of an extended negotiation.

I also frankly could not have covered the geography you did in finding the truck I wanted at the right price. All in all, I think the typical new car dealer should be thinking seriously about how they transact their business in the future as I will not be crossing their doorway for my next car.
