Just follow the simple and easy steps below
Prior to contacting us, please be sure to complete the following steps:
- Go and drive the new car, truck or SUV you are considering purchasing or leasing. Make sure you like it!
- Get a brochure or go online to the manufacturer’s web page to view all the different options and features. Familiarize yourself with what is “standard” equipment and what is “optional” equipment.
- Decide “exactly” what you want. That way, when you contact us, it becomes like ordering from a menu. You just pick exactly what you want including color (inside and out)
Once you tell us what you want, we locate and negotiate
a great price on your behalf.

We’ll setup the financing and delivery in advance
so there will be no surprises at time of delivery.
Notwithstanding a factory order; an incoming vehicle from the manufacturers plants, etc., most people normally obtain their new vehicles within 48 hours from the time they notify us that they want to proceed.
Our Service Fees
We are not a free price quoting service nor do we give out ballpark pricing estimates. Similar to a menu at a restaurant, we offer 2 items on our menu (described as steps and/or levels of service). Each step offers valuable information designed to save money in several areas of a purchase or lease of a new vehicle. You are welcome to use the 1st step without any obligation to proceed to the 2nd step.
Finding the best deal – We charge a non-refundable $50 retainer (per year-make-model) to research your request (payable in advance with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card only after we have spoken with you over the phone to make sure we can assist you with your request).
Over 30 years in business, we have developed long term industry relationships within new car dealerships throughout the entire State of California all the way from San Diego to the Oregon border. We use these industry contacts on a daily basis to shop for the best prices available for nearly all new makes and models. Besides pricing, you can also request we shop the entire state to see if what you want is even available. Through a participating new car dealership, you may also use our service to factory order a new vehicle from the manufacturer and wait for it to arrive.
Upon your advance request and only in advance of your actual purchase or lease of a new vehicle, we will also negotiate to get you additional discounts for other dealer installed products or services that may be of interest to you such as a maintenance agreement or a factory extended warranty. When financing is involved in your transaction, our pricing is based on the assumption you qualify for the best rates and terms. All financing is subject to prior credit approval. Not everyone will qualify.
Our retainer includes re-using this step 1 service for up to 180 days without an additional charge as long as we are re-pricing the exact same year-make-model number.
Arranging the sale or lease with a participating new car dealership.
Includes taking care of all the fine details of the transaction in advance so there will be no surprises at time of delivery. At this stage in the process, we follow strict policies and procedures in the preparation, gathering and dissemination of your personal and confidential information only to the appropriate entities involved in your particular transaction. Through the participating new dealership, if financing is involved, we get your loan pre-approved in advance of your arrival. If it is to your benefit, you may choose to trade-in your current vehicle or sell it to other alternative sources we may bring to your attention. Once the process has been completed and you have happily taken delivery of your new vehicle, we charge a $200 broker fee for our step 2 service.
