Our retainer includes reusing this step 1 process for up to 180 days without an additional charge as long as we are re-pricing the exact same year-make-model number. Most people want to buy or lease when the pricing and timing are right, whether that situation is right now, a few weeks from now or even longer. As a result of our analysis of market conditions for your particular request, we may suggest you delay a purchase or lease by a few days or weeks as our research may indicate that more favorable pricing is just around the corner. Our retainer allows you that flexibility of waiting and proceeding at your own pace.
Step 2 – Pre-arranging the sale or lease with a participating new car dealership at the pricing we quoted in step 1. Includes our professional/confidential assistance in shopping to find you the best rates and terms for which you qualify in order to obtain an advance, pre-approved purchase or lease loan. Note, we may charge an additional $200 broker fee for our step 2 process which is only payable “if” and after you take delivery of your new vehicle.

This was the best car buying experience that I have ever enjoyed and I mean enjoyed. Bob Peralta’s way of doing business, those comments on his website, by phone, and those of prior customer testimonials are all true. Bob helped acquire a car in less than two weeks at a price that was quite a bit below the sticker price. All the other Toyota dealers we spoke with were quoting delivery dates of 3 months or more away and at premium prices.
